Weekly Notices, Term 3, Week 1 Namaste and welcome back to the commencement of Term 3 2021. I hope all children enjoyed a lovely deserved break from school and are prepared for another term of important learning. It is a good time for a reminder that the world is still in the midst of a serious pandemic and that we should feel privileged to live in a country with no community transmission. We will be reminding children to still take basic health precautions like washing hands regularly, using hand sanitiser and tissues and coughing or sneezing into the inside of elbows. We ask you to reinforce this message at home as well and to please keep your child home if they are sick. Life Education begins at St Mary's on Monday, featuring Katie and of course Harold the Giraffe. All Kahikatea Middle School classes will have an opportunity to visit the Life Education van for lessons. You may wish to ask your child about what they have been learning in Life Education. Reports are due to go

It provides an opportunity to take a break and be still, in an otherwise very busy environment!  Things on this week: Wednesday   - Kapa Haka.  Thursday  -  PTA is hosting a disco which is going to be held from  5.30 pm - 7.00 pm.  Students are to be at school  no earlier than
