More Notices - Mufti Day and Google Setup.

 Two notices:

1. There will be a mufti day this Friday to raise money for Apanui School. The theme will be House Colours to match the Golden Time school Tug of War we will have afterwards.

2. We are having trouble setting up some children's google accounts on their Chromebooks as parental controls are blocking our setup and asking us for the parent code. Could parents please disable this in settings, if you have the parental controls on for home Chromebook use.

  Bonjour to all Parents and Caregivers, Firstly we would like to thank all parents and caregivers for the wonderful work they have been doing with homeschooling their children during the level 4 covid-19 lockdown. We hope you have had no problems accessing the learning on the Middle School Kahikatea site. Remember that all the information regarding home learning can be found on the class blog from either this week or last week. If you have any concerns or questions do not hesitate to contact me. We realise that many parents will be working from home and that time to help children with their learning may be limited. The learning posted on the site is intended to be independent work for the children as much as possible. Please encourage your child to do as much work as is feasible given the lockdown realities in your household bubble.   Week 8 - Term 4 - 2021   Weekly Notices, Week 8 Term 4    December 5th, 2021   Kia Ora, Christmas music is playing and the decorations are up, Christmas is only 20 days away which also means that our school year is just about complete. This is the last full week of school and there are a lot of activities. Please remember children's $2 koha tomorrow for our fish and chips lunch. Library books are to come back to school this week if you still have some at home, please. We are publishing a school magazine again this year, and this will be available during the last week of this term. At this stage, there are only to be 100 magazines printed. It will be a great memento of 2021. Orders are being taken now with the cost for the magazine being $10.00. Kahikatea's Big Day In Monday 6th December is our Kahikatea Big Day In.
