Bonjour and welcome We are all ready for our first day of school and I am so excited to be able to see each of our students smiling faces tomorrow. It is a short week, which is a great way to ease our children back into school mode without too much of a shock to the system. It was an absolute pleasure meeting one on one with parents and caregivers last week and chatting with you about your child. Thank you all for taking some time out of your very busy schedules to come and meet with us. Just a few week reminders for the week: No swimming this week, Middle School will be swimming on even weeks starting in Week 4 Tuesday: Powhiri and Waitangi Liturgy at 10:15am. Week 8 Notices - June 20, 2021 Malo Ni and welcome to our 8th week of the term. The weather has been very wet lately. I hope you managed to spend your weekend taking some rest and having some quality time with your loved ones. It was good to hear that sports still went ahead. Do share photos of your children in their sports, we would love to see them. We have another busy week ahead. This week we have a team of people visiting our school to support our staff and students around Digital Well-Being. This Thursday there will be lots going on. Welcome to Week 6 Term 4 - November 21, 2 0 21 Bonjour parents and whānau and welcome to Week 5! I hope families are enjoying the early summer weather we are getting and making the most of it to enjoy outdoor activities. There are less than four weeks of learning left until the end of the school year. St Mary's will be finishing at midday on Thursday 16th December. Just a friendly reminder that all students need to bring their hats to school, we know how harsh our New Zealand sun is. Also, please continue checking that your child is bringing their device to school fully charged . We will be continuing with our learning programme right up to the end of the year. Assessments are now mostly finished and data is being analysed as teachers finalise the end of year report writing. Kahikatea Middle School will be having a Big Day...
